What the API covers
GET/coverage
What the API can answer, per city: active listings by listing type and kind of property, how many neighborhoods have at least 10 of them, the share with a published nearby price band, the latest registered-deal quarter and how much of it is placed in neighborhoods, and whether registered rents exist. Check it before building on a city or a segment: an empty answer elsewhere can mean nothing matched, or that the data is thin there.
Figures are computed for every city together and refreshed every 3 hours; computed_at says when. Free on every plan: it costs no units.
